Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ragepack.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RagePack is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
